Responsibilities
Support senior leadership through high-impact strategic and operational analyses
Partner across lines of business and corporate functions to frame ambiguous problems
Develop enterprise insights for executive decision-making
Structure ambiguous, cross-LOB business problems and develop hypotheses
Design and maintain enterprise KPI scorecards, dashboards, and performance narratives
Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready insights
Support enterprise prioritization efforts and establish performance tracking
Requirements
7+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or strategy
Advanced proficiency in Excel and business intelligence/data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
5+ years of experience structuring ambiguous business problems
Strong understanding of financial and performance management concepts
5+ years of experience communicating complex analytical insights to senior audiences
Proven ability to influence without authority
7+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally
