About the role

Project Manager joining Labs team to accelerate growth through product marketing to Octopus Energy Customers. Overseeing creation of an internal platform for optimal product placement and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Help us create an internal platform that allows us to get the right product in front of the right customer at the right time, across all of Octopus’s owned platforms (App, Website, Email, Social etc)
Be the person that helps us turn that vision into a reality by coordinating the work of the key functional teams and specialists across marketing, data, product, technology)
Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to drive delivery of projects to deadlines; you would need to be ready to manage upwards and be confident working with senior stakeholders
Synthesise information gathered during discovery sessions and establish the path forward, bringing your stakeholders on the journey with you
Partner and collaborate with a variety of different departments to assist them in implementing the new platform
Be data driven to validate a business problem, build a basic dashboard where required and measure success of initiatives

Significant experience of leading technology projects, maybe from a large consumer facing technology company
A critical thinking mindset
Comfortable with numbers and data
Excellent communication and experience in leading and influencing stakeholders at various levels
Excellent project management skills with deep experience to be able to present program status, recommendations, and priorities
Experience in using various tools and methodologies to formulate an understanding of deliverables and timelines
To be an extreme starter-finisher - you love a plan and love driving that plan forward.
