About the role
- Technical Project Manager overseeing applications and integrations for ASSA ABLOY's external websites in Stockholm. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and security of digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the applications and integrations essential for operating external websites.
- Coordinate across teams and drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Take ownership of third-party applications used on external websites throughout their lifecycle.
- Oversee integrations between external platforms and websites, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
- Act as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors and integration partners.
- Monitor costs and usage of third-party applications, tracking website health and technical performance, and proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of web technologies including CMS, APIs, hosting, monitoring tools, and third-party integrations.
- Experience in website management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute initiatives, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus.
- Legally eligible to work in Sweden and able to work from the office a few days per week.
