About the role

  • Drive cross-functional programs to ingest, manage, and serve large-scale sequencing datasets, ensuring timely, secure, and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with platform scientists generating data to align on scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Partner with infrastructure and data engineers to build scalable, reliable ingestion pipelines that meet regulatory and security requirements.
  • Work with data scientists to codify data quality and format standards, enabling seamless downstream use for model training.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships across internal teams, CROs, and grantees to ensure successful data delivery.
  • Establish program structures, roadmaps, and milestones that drive accountability and progress across teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles, with demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with genomics and sequencing data modalities (e.g., scRNA-seq, WGS) and their unique challenges in scale, quality, and compliance.
  • Experience managing programs with regulatory or data security requirements, ideally in a biological or healthcare context.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across engineering, scientific, and research stakeholders to deliver complex technical outcomes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary environment spanning biology, data, and AI research, and for learning new domains quickly.
