About the role

  • Deliver training—virtually and in-person—on commercial and personal insurance products to producers and account managers.
  • Create and evolve technical insurance curricula tailored to adult learners.
  • Keep content fresh and relevant by aligning with industry trends and agency needs.
  • Manage CE credit processing, lesson planning, multimedia tools, student communications, evaluations, and personalized feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Commercial Business underwriting experience is required (agency or carrier background a plus)
  • Experience in technical insurance training , curriculum development (a plus)
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Business acumen and customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
