- Experience working in an agile software delivery environment
- Strong technical leadership experience in leading and mentoring scrum teams focused on building software solutions for enterprise applications
- Strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and participate in meaningful discussions with partners across technology, business and architecture
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Extensive experience with Full Stack development
- Extensive experience with Java and at least one other language
- Extensive experience with front end development using Angular or similar frameworks
- Extensive experience with AWS or Azure
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake
- Experience working with pipeline and automation tools with a focus quality through analysis with tools such as SonarQube, Jenkins or GitHub Actions
