About the role
- Tech Lead overseeing payment solution development for Groupe ADEO in a hybrid role. Contributing to high-quality payment flows and engaging with development teams and project management.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision for projects in collaboration with architects and project managers
- Provide technical leadership to the development team (coaching, mentoring, code reviews)
- Design and validate technical solutions that meet functional needs and project constraints
- Ensure the quality of code and deliverables (adherence to standards, testing, security, performance)
- Establish and maintain best practices (CI/CD, continuous integration, test automation)
- Contribute to the development of complex and sensitive features
- Monitor technology trends and propose continuous improvements
- Serve as the primary point of contact between developers, architects and project management
- Contribute to effort estimation and technical planning
- Lead run operations (support and production follow-up)
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong technical expertise enabling you to design, lead and evolve complex solutions in a high-transaction environment
- Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Excellent understanding of modern software architectures, design patterns and SOLID principles
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with DevOps environments (CI/CD, containerization, cloud)
- Comfortable with the following stack: Java, Spring (Boot, Batch, Security), Angular, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka (+ Avro, KStream), Docker/Kubernetes, GCP Storage and Pub/Sub
