About the role
- Tech Lead guiding the development team in Belo Horizonte. Leading technical standards and ensuring quality deliverables in software development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development team technically (front-end and back-end).
- Support and review architectures, ensuring development best practices and code quality.
- Participate in breaking down tasks together with the CTPO and follow the team’s day-to-day progress.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, scalability and performance standards.
- Work closely with QA, DevOps and UI/UX teams to ensure integration of deliveries.
- Support bug resolution and deployments, as well as guide structural fixes.
- Act as a reference for agile methodologies and support the Scrum Master role.
- Actively contribute to the technical growth of developers.
Requirements
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
- Experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead or Senior Developer with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge in:
- • Back-end: Node.js, JavaScript, npm, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- • Front-end: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Vue.js, Nuxt, TypeScript.
- • DevOps: Cloud, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines.
- • QA: test automation best practices.
- • UI/UX: integration with design and usability teams.
- Experience in software architecture and complex integrations.
- Clear communication skills, mentoring ability and technical guidance.
- Experience in the iGaming / Betting / Online Entertainment market.
- Knowledge of microservices and distributed architectures.
- Experience with high-traffic applications and scalability.
