Responsibilities
- Prepare and review federal, state, local and special tax returns focused on business and individual taxation.
- Carry out outstanding project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Participate in training and supervision of staff.
- Conduct tax research and advise on tax matters.
- Provide quality work and excellent customer relations in a friendly, superior working environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of tax accounting experience with individual and business tax returns.
- Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-motivator with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A strong desire toward career advancement and goal toward future firm ownership.
