About the role

  • Support candidate development and the full recruiting lifecycle for roles and programs across the Brydon ecosystem, including the CEO-in-Residence program, functional leadership roles, and board positions.
  • Proactively source and identify high quality applicants for roles across the Brydon ecosystem.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and explain open roles across the portfolio.
  • Organize and monitor active applicant pipelines, communicating with candidates across different interview stages.
  • Own and continuously improve talent tools, systems and processes including ATS, CRM, AI-enabled tools, compensation benchmarking, job description templates, and interview resources.
  • Orchestrate and lead logistics and coordination for virtual interviews.
  • Handle outreach and engagement with prospective candidates and act as a first point of contact for talent programs and open roles.
  • Research trends in the talent market and competitors to propose improvements.
  • Drive proactive outreach and communication to potential talent pools and promote events and opportunities across portfolio companies.
  • Contribute to the firm’s knowledge base by codifying and sharing talent best practices across the employee lifecycle.
  • Prepare analysis and presentations to support evolution of talent strategy and continuous improvement of interview processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Sales or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, consulting, recruiting or sales—preferably in private equity, software, or professional services.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter or Navigator, Workable, other AI recruiting tools).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Professional presence and discretion in client and candidate interactions.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence.
  • Someone who is systems-minded, people-curious, and hungry to grow alongside our firm and our portfolio.

Benefits

  • This is a full time salaried position, compensation will be commensurate with experience and range from $80,000 USD to $120,000 USD
