About the role
- DevOps Specialist managing and implementing hybrid cloud operations for Telefónica Tech. Focused on automation and integration for IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Operation and deployment of IaC/CaC tools that will support Telefónica clients' hybrid operating model
- Creation and support of the pipelines required to transform the hybrid delivery model
- Development of automated solutions for infrastructure issue resolution, automating routine tasks of an IT operation
- Integration between IT operations tools
- Operate to integrate clients' specific tools into the hybrid operational model
- Desirable:
- Spanish language
Requirements
- Experience with IaC/CaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) - (hands-on)
- Shell scripting experience - (hands-on)
- Knowledge of Linux
- Knowledge of GitOps models (GitFlows)
- Knowledge of container technologies with the ability to build and troubleshoot (hands-on)
- Experience with Jenkins and building and deploying pipelines - (hands-on)
- Strong development skills in Python - (hands-on)
- Strong knowledge of Packer (builders/provisioners) - (hands-on)
- Strong knowledge of AWS components and their particularities
- Strong knowledge in DevOps/infrastructure programming
- Knowledge of JavaScript (JSON)
- Knowledge of services based on AWS reference architectures
- Knowledge of typical cloud architectures: Microservices, Serverless, event-driven and containers
- Knowledge of Azure components
- Results-oriented.
