About the role

• Analyst focusing on AI and innovation, bridging business and technology for process improvement at Raro Labs.

Responsibilities

• Map and understand business processes through interviews, observations, and document analysis, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies.
• Propose technological and automation solutions, assessing the impact, feasibility, and return on initiatives.
• Apply an AI-driven perspective to identify opportunities for machine learning, cognitive automation, natural language processing (NLP), AI-enhanced RPA, and other AI uses.
• Design future (to-be) process flows based on best practices in productivity, automation, and digitization.
• Conduct data analyses and monitor operational metrics to support improvement proposals and measure results.
• Collaborate with IT and innovation teams on prioritization, technical design, and solution implementation.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation within business areas.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations with insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Knowledge of automation and integration tools (Power Automate, UiPath, Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
• Understanding of generative and predictive AI concepts applied to business.
• Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to translate between technical and business language.
• Analytical and systems thinking.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
