About the role
- Analista de Sistemas providing N2 support to users of hospital systems at MedSênior. Engaging in implementation, testing, and functional improvements in healthcare technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide N2 functional and technical support to users of hospital systems;
- Receive, log and follow up on tickets from business areas (clinical, administrative, support, etc.);
- Support testing, validation and deployment of new features or systems;
- Document processes, manuals and operational procedures;
- Collaborate with the technical team on improvements and integrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in IT, Information Systems or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of hospital systems (HIS, PACS, Tasy, MV, Philips, electronic medical records, etc.);
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Java and C++;
- Good communication, organizational skills and focus on serving internal customers;
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple requests;
- Previous experience in a hospital/healthcare environment and experience supporting production systems are a plus.
