Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of system administration or IT operations experience
Familiarity with HHS-wide IT governance policies
Experience automating administrative processes (e.g., using scripts or workflow tools)
Demonstrated experience with license and access management tools
Strong understanding of system governance, configuration management, and IT security principles
Experience supporting system integrations, updates, and maintenance
Excellent communication and documentation skills with an ability to translate technical information into clear user guidance.
Experience with GitHub Enterprise and workflow automation preferred.
