- Support system integrations, updates, and security authorizations in coordination with IT teams.

- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and audit logs.
- Collaborate with the Agency’s Tech leadership to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of system administration or IT operations experience
- Familiarity with HHS-wide IT governance policies
- Experience automating administrative processes (e.g., using scripts or workflow tools)
- Demonstrated experience with license and access management tools
- Strong understanding of system governance, configuration management, and IT security principles
- Experience supporting system integrations, updates, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with an ability to translate technical information into clear user guidance.
- Experience with GitHub Enterprise and workflow automation preferred.
