Responsibilities
Responsible for positioning the company as an industry leader in sustainability
Enhance customer relationships by communicating sustainability and circularity agenda
Act as the central point of contact for all sustainability-related matters
Handle customer requests, questionnaires, and individual inquiries
Promote sustainability efforts to support opportunities and tenders
Influence sustainability agenda to align with market needs
Identify best-in-class examples and case studies for communication
Represent company at customer meetings and external events
Collaborate with operations to achieve sustainability targets
Identify new business and innovation opportunities
Requirements
Minimum 3 years sustainability experience within packaging or FMCG companies – ideally 5+ years
Sales experience or customer facing roles
Action and team oriented
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly skilled in analysis, problem solving, and creativity
Keen interest in consumer/shopper behaviour, retailing, FMCG supply chains, and fast-changing sales channels
Passionate about growing businesses in partnership with customers.
Excellent language skills, oral and written, in English and one Nordic or Baltic language
