- Identify best-in-class examples and case studies for communication

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years sustainability experience within packaging or FMCG companies – ideally 5+ years
- Sales experience or customer facing roles
- Action and team oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly skilled in analysis, problem solving, and creativity
- Keen interest in consumer/shopper behaviour, retailing, FMCG supply chains, and fast-changing sales channels
- Passionate about growing businesses in partnership with customers.
- Excellent language skills, oral and written, in English and one Nordic or Baltic language
