About the role

  • Check and validate logistics data
  • Support purchasing decisions and identify and implement optimization opportunities across the supply chain
  • Act as the logistics contact for international buying teams and support them with logistics expertise throughout the buying process
  • Communicate with suppliers to clarify missing or incorrect logistics information
  • Prepare and independently maintain relevant logistics data and calculations in our systems
  • Coordinate and manage tasks to ensure seamless logistics processes in close cooperation with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • University degree or vocational qualification in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in the logistics sector within the EU, with an understanding of transportation and supply networks
  • Proficiency in English is required; German language skills are a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills to support daily tasks effectively
  • Motivated, with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Well-organized, structured working style with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Good communication skills enabling clear engagement with colleagues and partners
