Gather supply chain data from ERP, procurement, logistics, and warehouse systems.
Clean, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
Serve as the primary owner of supply chain data integrity, resolving discrepancies and maintaining master data.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into supply chain performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide validated datasets for use in demand planning, supply planning, and financial forecasting.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for supply chain leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and actionable data.
Support demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics optimization through advanced analytics and modeling.
Partner with procurement, logistics, operations, and planning teams to provide accurate data for decision-making.
Support supply chain leadership with ad hoc analysis, ensuring data quality for strategic initiatives.
Act as the liaison between IT/data teams and supply chain stakeholders to improve system integration and reporting tools.
Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
Identify gaps in data quality and propose process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Standardize data management practices across the supply chain function.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance.
Monitor industry trends and best practices in supply chain analytics and recommend new approaches for continuous improvement.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the company and operational needs, demonstrating flexibility, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges and opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or supply chain analytics (preferred).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Strong technical experience with Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques.
Experience with data preparation, rationalization, and processing.
