About the role

  • Gather supply chain data from ERP, procurement, logistics, and warehouse systems.
  • Clean, validate, and standardize data to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
  • Serve as the primary owner of supply chain data integrity, resolving discrepancies and maintaining master data.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into supply chain performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide validated datasets for use in demand planning, supply planning, and financial forecasting.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for supply chain leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholders have access to accurate, timely, and actionable data.
  • Support demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics optimization through advanced analytics and modeling.
  • Partner with procurement, logistics, operations, and planning teams to provide accurate data for decision-making.
  • Support supply chain leadership with ad hoc analysis, ensuring data quality for strategic initiatives.
  • Act as the liaison between IT/data teams and supply chain stakeholders to improve system integration and reporting tools.
  • Analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement, cost savings, and risk mitigation.
  • Identify gaps in data quality and propose process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Standardize data management practices across the supply chain function.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in supply chain analytics and recommend new approaches for continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the company and operational needs, demonstrating flexibility, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or supply chain analytics (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong technical experience with Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques.
  • Experience with data preparation, rationalization, and processing.
