Responsibilities
- Collect and assemble data from multiple sources to support organizational analysis.
- Conduct research and evaluate strategic organizational issues, identifying options and solutions.
- Lead development and deployment of organizational plans and strategies.
- Manage executive reviews and track performance against plans, providing data for management review.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define meeting purposes, content, and facilitate large, strategic meetings and events.
- Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives spanning multiple functions and programs.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure execution of plans.
- Plan, coordinate, and track training requirements; develop and deploy localized training content.
- Deliver informational and technical materials to support communication and decision-making.
- Provide strategic design, logistics, and facilitation support for meetings and events.
- Ensure follow-up and resolution of issues related to organizational initiatives.
Requirements

- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office applications
- 5+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
- 5+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
- 5+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
- 5+ years of experience producing presentations at the Executive level
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
