About the role
- Squad Lead ensuring technical excellence in products and projects at Convidera. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop scalable software solutions and being a strategic partner for clients.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for technical excellence across products, projects, and teams
- Shape the technological and product roadmap in collaboration with consultants and other squad leads
- Act as a strategic point of contact for clients and facilitate decision-making processes
- Drive technical excellence through system and data architectures and assess AI approaches
- Manage product development from ideation through to launch
- Provide line management and support the individual development of the team
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a senior technical role (e.g., IT Team Lead, Senior Product Owner, Lead Developer)
- Proven track record in building and scaling software teams, products, or architectures
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think in terms of business impact, budgets, and customer value
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, demonstrating clarity and empathy when working with clients
- Enjoys diving into technical details with developers and has an understanding of agile Product Owner practices
- Successful experience leading teams and acting as a motivator and mentor
