Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a team of software engineers and product analysts within Corporate IT
Drive delivery of internal-facing software solutions supporting Finance, Investments, Compliance, and enterprise operations
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints and aligned with product vision
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product vision that aligns with business objectives and strategy
Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality control processes to maintain high software quality, performance and resiliency
Build a cohesive team, assign tasks, provide guidance, mentorship, and ensure team members have resources to succeed
Administer human resource-related activities including timely performance and salary reviews and ensure adherence to HR policies and practices
Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of related work experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a team lead, tech lead, or management role preferred
Strong blend of technical expertise and leadership skills
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Ability to communicate, both written and presentation
Proven system design, architecture, and delivery of scalable software solutions
Experience with agile development processes
