Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a team of software engineers and product analysts within Corporate IT
- Drive delivery of internal-facing software solutions supporting Finance, Investments, Compliance, and enterprise operations
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline constraints and aligned with product vision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define product vision that aligns with business objectives and strategy
- Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality control processes to maintain high software quality, performance and resiliency
- Build a cohesive team, assign tasks, provide guidance, mentorship, and ensure team members have resources to succeed
- Administer human resource-related activities including timely performance and salary reviews and ensure adherence to HR policies and practices
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a team lead, tech lead, or management role preferred
- Strong blend of technical expertise and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Ability to communicate, both written and presentation
- Proven system design, architecture, and delivery of scalable software solutions
- Experience with agile development processes
