Responsibilities

• Technical leadership
• You lead the design, planning and delivery of innovative software solutions, ensuring the highest quality standards, fast and reliable delivery, comprehensive delivery capability and project-specific scope, while always keeping costs in mind
• You develop a long-term IT strategy that supports business objectives
• You drive software architecture decisions
• You will also play a key role in advancing our technical product vision together with the team
• Innovation: You stay up to date with innovative technologies, monitor technology and market trends, and derive actions for our software development
• Risk management: You identify potential risks early, initiate measures and ensure fast, solution-oriented communication within the company and with internal and external stakeholders
• Stakeholder management: You act as a trusted advisor, communicator and partner for our customers
• You translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value
• You serve as the primary point of contact for communication with C-level executives and the partner's development leads
• Teams and change management
• Team development: You inspire, mentor and develop our dev teams and exemplify a culture of excellence and continuous learning

• After onboarding, you will not only be familiar with these regulatory requirements and compliance standards, but you will also carry them into the teams
• You also ensure that the company meets all legal requirements
• You define reporting for quality and security requirements and ensure accurate implementation and documentation of technical concepts.

Requirements

• Tech expertise: We are looking for a Technical Lead / consultant with broad knowledge in enterprise software development (for example Java and Angular)
• This includes several years of proven experience in software development as well as practical experience implementing software projects in the AWS Cloud
• Experience building and operating distributed systems (microservice architecture)
• Experience solving complex technical challenges and implementing IT strategies
• Architecture knowledge: A deep understanding of modern cloud-based architecture concepts and development principles
• Team leadership: Experience in coordinating and managing larger development teams
• You have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification and ideally several years of experience in leadership positions within IT
