About the role

Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance, improvement and monitoring of web service infrastructure;
- Collaborate on process automation using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Terraform or similar;
- Assist with deployments and CI/CD pipelines, contributing to safer and faster releases;
- Monitor systems and services with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix or equivalents;
- Participate in incident analysis and support the implementation of preventive solutions;
- Contribute to improvements in application reliability, scalability and performance;
- Support technical documentation and the continuous improvement of operational processes;
- Work closely with development and product teams to ensure performance and high availability.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a technical or university degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems, the command line and scripting;
- Familiarity with networking, DNS, HTTP, proxies and load balancers;
- Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) and an interest in learning Kubernetes;
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP or Azure);
- Interest in automation, infrastructure as code and DevOps culture;
