- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and leadership to clarify feature requirements
- Manage agile development processes, ensuring that the engineering team consistently delivers high-quality, secure, and reliable code
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team
Requirements
- Typically 6+ years including 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrable experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails, JavaScript (ES6), React, PostgreSQL, Redis, and APIs
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (Heroku, Google Cloud Platform, AWS EC2/S3), containerization, and continuous integration tools
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, microservices, database optimization, and security best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
