About the role

  • Develop, maintain and optimize connectors between the HR platform and external systems such as payroll software (SwissSalary, Abacus, SAP, etc.) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Ensure reliable, secure and scalable data exchanges to provide a seamless experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in backend development with Java/Spring Boot
  • Strong command of software design and modular, scalable architectures
  • Experience developing REST APIs and integrations with third-party systems (ERP, payroll, ATS, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies (unit tests, JUnit, TDD, etc.)
  • Self-driven, curious, and quick to ramp up in new environments
  • Team player, proactive, with a desire to have an impact on the product and customer experience
  • Experience with n8n or another integration platform is a plus
