About the role

• Software Engineer building high-scale integrations with SEPs and CRMs for Nooks AI Sales Assistant platform. Collaborating with Product and GTM while mentoring teammates and providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and own high-scale integrations with SEPs + CRMs
• Own data pipelines to handle billions of data points (Tasks, Prospects, Accounts, ETL, retries, rate limits).
• Drive reliability and monitoring for integrations (uptime, latency, error rates).
• Collaborate with Product and GTM on customer-impactful integration priorities.
• Mentor teammates and provide backend technical leadership within Core Dialer.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years backend experience, with strong SaaS integrations work.
• Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, error handling, and rate limiting.
• Strong systems background with focus on reliability, observability, and monitoring
• History of building frameworks for integrations (not just point-to-point).
