Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with COBOL and Mainframe development
- Strong understanding of COBOL, TACL (Tandem Advanced Command Language), Guardian procedure calls
- Strong understanding Pathway, SQL/MP, Tandem Utilities
- Experience in documenting SOPs to support daily operations
- Strong Analytical and Problem-solving skills with above skill set
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to take the initiative and work independently or in a team
- Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards
- Knowledge of financial industry practices, regulations and operations
- Fluency in sequence diagrams, class models, etc.
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines
- A bachelors in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or equivalent experience
