About the role

  • Technical Specialist at Benner's Software Development Center of Excellence, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. Collaborate with multifunctional teams across various products.

Responsibilities

  • Define, disseminate and ensure the application of **development standards (Clean Code, SOLID, Design Patterns)** in C#/.NET projects;
  • Support the creation and evolution of **automated testing frameworks** (unit, integration, acceptance, performance and security);
  • Implement and optimize **CI/CD pipelines**, ensuring automation of builds, tests and deployments;
  • Conduct **code reviews and feature reviews** to raise code quality and reduce technical debt;
  • Monitor and report **technical and flow metrics** (SonarQube, Flow Efficiency, rework, test coverage);
  • Collaborate with product, support and infrastructure teams to strengthen the **DevOps culture** and delivery predictability;
  • Act as a knowledge multiplier through **mentoring, training and quality practices** (time reserved for continuous improvement).

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a **Senior Developer, Technical Specialist or Software Engineer**;
  • Proficiency in **C#/.NET** and software engineering best practices;
  • Solid knowledge of **automated testing** (NUnit, xUnit, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar);
  • Experience with **DevOps, CI/CD** (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or equivalents);
  • Familiarity with **code quality tools** (SonarQube, Code Analysis, etc.);
  • Ability to analyze metrics and propose technical and process improvements;
  • Collaborative profile, clear communication skills and a focus on spreading best practices.
  • **A plus if you have:**
  • Experience with **multiple types of testing** (functional, performance, security, mutation, generative);
  • Experience in **high-volume environments and complex systems**;
  • Knowledge of **clean architecture practices, microservices and refactoring legacy systems**;
  • Experience with **multitenant environments and complex integrations**.
