About the role

  • Help build a proprietary Go-To-Market super app: a single, sales rep-centric workspace tailored to the account-first motion
  • Grow Ramp to its next millions of users through growth technology
  • Scale sales and marketing functions through automation, AI assistance, and accessible insights
  • Drive business goals through experiments and metric-driven software development
  • Build platform capabilities to enable robust integrations and activation between Ramp products, business systems, and third-party data
  • Work in a small, cross-functional, dynamic engineering team with partners in business operations, marketing, sales, and product
  • Replace fragmented sales tooling (CDP, Outreach, Salesforce, Google Sheets, Retool, etc.) with unified platform

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in React
  • Minimum of 2 years of frontend engineering experience
  • Experience shipping fast, reliable, real-time applications using modern development tools and infrastructure
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment
  • Ability to improvise and develop creative solutions when common approaches fail
  • Perpetual curiosity and passion for honing your craft
  • Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales cycle metrics and processes (nice to have)
  • Understanding of the tools that power marketing/sales automation, personalization, and analytics (nice to have)
  • Start up experience as a technical co/founder, early engineer, or growth roles (nice to have)
  • Experience with applying AI/LLMs in high-volume production use cases (nice to have)
