Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET (C#) and React.js
Build and integrate RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end, back-end, and third-party systems

Help with troubleshooting and optimizing applications supported by the Information Services Department
Evaluate hardware and software products for potential acquisition by Rochester Regional Health
Document system architecture, workflows, and technical decisions
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts including DevOps, CI/CD, and code quality initiatives
Maintain a basic understanding of AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms to support hybrid/cloud-native development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study Plus 0-2 years of relevant experience
Associate's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study Plus 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in .NET (C#), React.js, and RESTful API development.
Understanding of cloud computing concepts, especially in AWS, Azure, or similar platforms.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to both development and DevOps initiatives.
