About the role
- Take ownership of complex backend systems and define technical direction of the platform
- Drive large-scale initiatives from architecture to deployment for the Charge Point Management Platform
- Work closely with product managers, lead developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable
- Mentor and lead a growing team of developers, providing technical leadership and guidance
- Prioritise clean, maintainable code and thoughtful engineering practices in an Agile (Scrum) environment
Requirements
- 5- 8+ years of software development experience, with a strong backend focus
- A Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent through experience
- Proven technical leadership experience from mentoring to architectural decisionmaking
- Deep knowledge of Python and Django, and experience with APIs and scalable platforms
- Excellent communication skills: You can explain, challenge, and lead!
- Experience working Agile (Scrum)
- Based in the Spain and fluent in English
