Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria
Work closely with Product Owners and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and quality
Take responsibility for the technical architecture in close collaboration with developers
Own the technical product backlog and prioritize technical requirements together with the development team
Manage and coordinate technical topics such as refactoring, architectural improvements, technical debt, and infrastructure
Evaluate and decide on technical solutions and trade-offs between performance, scalability, maintainability, and cost
Ensure compliance with central development guidelines, coding standards, interfaces, and security requirements
Develop and continuously optimize a system architecture that covers the entire lifecycle — from development through operations to monitoring and troubleshooting
Continuously assess and integrate new technologies and technical innovations
Support teams with technical challenges and decisions
Ensure technical quality through active participation in reviews and testing
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
Several years of experience in application architecture and development
Solid experience with programming languages such as Java, C# and with web technologies
Experience with container technologies such as Docker
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey technical concepts
