About the role

  • Service Contract Performance Manager responsible for maintenance activities on power plants while providing technical and business support. Managing operations in the assigned region including staffing and performance development.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns
  • Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines
  • Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers
  • Direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development
  • Uses technical experience and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy
  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Ability to converse in fluent Chinese and English languages
  • Knowledge and experience in the Power Plant, e.g., Field engineering or gas turbine maintenance experience
  • Experience in planning and executing outages
  • Working knowledge of Contractual/transactional Service Agreements
  • Required to be based at Kaohsiung and travel within Taiwan as and when required.
