Maximize the business value from SEO for all web properties or third party website cooperations of the Bioprocess Solutions division
Work with Marketing and Product Management to develop a strategic SEO roadmap for the Bioprocess Solutions division
Define goals and KPIs for all SEO activities
Regularly monitor and analyze SEO performance and adjust the relevant keyword portfolio using tools like the Google suite, web crawlers, and enterprise level SEO tools
Review and make proposals for the optimization of new content and web pages in terms of SEO
Establish a GEO strategy for Sartorius in alignment with internal stakeholders
In cooperation with Product Management and copywriters, optimize existing content to reach our SEO goals
Drive link building by reaching out to relevant media partners
Work with IT teams to ensure technical SEO standards are met and optimized
Create dashboards and reports to support our data-driven approach to decision making
Educate internal teams about SEO, organize trainings, and support the team with SEO related questions
Requirements
University degree in marketing, information technology, business administration or another relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and several years professional experience
Proven track record of leading successful SEO initiatives in enterprise environments
Passionate about SEO and always up to date on the latest updates and trends
Analytical mindset and experience with digital marketing and SEO tools such as seoClarity, Sistrix, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, or similar
Proactive Mindset with motivation to drive complex projects with various contributors and stakeholders
Well versed in communicating with stakeholders from different functions and with varying levels of background knowledge
Excellent written and spoken English skills, German a plus
