Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in water resources
- North Carolina PE or the ability to obtain within 6 months is required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or equivalent software
- Strong background in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling (2D modeling experience preferred)
- Familiarity with GIS tools and applications is a plus
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal stormwater management regulations
- Experience with NCDOT standards and hydraulic-related pre-qualifications is desirable
