About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in crafting intuitive, user-centric digital experiences

- Drive the UX/UI design process from initial concept to final implementation
- Stay ahead of the latest digital trends and integrate innovative approaches into design solutions
- Clearly communicate design decisions and present prototypes to stakeholders
Requirements
- A passion for design with a genuine interest in innovation
- Collaborative spirit, thriving in a team environment
- At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience in consulting, agency or in-house teams
- Impressive portfolio demonstrating design skills
- Knowledge and practical experience of the end-to-end design process
- Excellent technical skills in design and prototyping software (Figma, Adobe, etc)
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design-related field
- Experience working in an agile design delivery process
