Requirements
industry experience
proven experience in sales and business development
knowledge of the administration of estates, trust and powers of attorney/guardianship
knowledge of legislation and regulations pertaining to the administration of estates and trusts, gained from 5+ years of experience in the estate and trust or financial services industry
post-secondary degree
relevant professional accreditations such as the Member, Trust Institute (MTI), and/or Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP)
Allied Professional qualification (LL.B., C.A., CGA, CFP, PFPC,) is an asset
well-developed sales, interpersonal, communication presentation and relationship management skills
demonstrated success to build and maintain high value client relationships
good judgement to manage individual, company and client risk while exercising discretion
