About the role
- Perform troubleshooting across all involved integrations
- Manage vendors to ensure delivery of KPIs and high-quality service
- Monitor and prioritize support tickets
- Map business pain points related to applications and design actions to mitigate issues
- Bridge the technical team and business stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with internal processes such as handovers, change management, ITIL processes, SOX, problem management, and area KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field
- Negotiation skills, strong relationship-building, organization, and decision-making abilities
- Technical knowledge and systems thinking to analyze system architectures and their integrations
- Availability to work onsite three times per week at the CAR in Piracicaba, SP
- Functional knowledge of SAP SD, billing processes, and SAP BTP is not required but would be a plus
