Responsibilities

- Designing and managing P2P processes
- Creating and updating contract templates, clauses, workflows, and user/security groups

- Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and deliver both short- and long-term solutions
- Support integrations with Salesforce, DocuSign, Office 365, and Single Sign-On

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform
- Icertis Certified (technical or functional) highly preferred
