About the role
- Senior Systems Analyst optimizing contract lifecycle management at Labcorp. Collaborating with Legal, IT, and Icertis teams to innovate and integrate CLM processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Legal to implement enhancements in ICI
- Designing and managing P2P processes
- Creating and updating contract templates, clauses, workflows, and user/security groups
- Serve as the first responder for critical system issues (Severity 1 & 2)
- Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and deliver both short- and long-term solutions
- Support integrations with Salesforce, DocuSign, Office 365, and Single Sign-On
- Provide strategic guidance and technical support for future enhancements and integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform
- Icertis Certified (technical or functional) highly preferred
