About the role
- Senior Analyst supporting strategic evaluation processes for business value at Vivo. Involves analysis, presentations, and partnership development in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting asset and company valuation processes (valuation), supporting the execution of complex analyses that provide the company with visibility into strategic returns and the value of financial benefits;
- Assist in conducting evaluation and negotiation processes for alliance and strategic partnership opportunities, new business initiatives, and asset monetization that can generate value for the Company, estimating their strategic and financial viability;
- Develop analyses and prepare slides for executive presentations to support strategic and new-business recommendations;
- Support leadership and occasionally lead discussions with internal teams, Vivo executives, and partners;
- Assume responsibilities of increasing relevance in certain workstreams/projects, participating in execution and implementation processes;
- Build partnership relationships across different areas of the Company that contribute to achieving the area’s goals and the projects led.
Requirements
- Desired knowledge and relevant experience in valuation, plus basic accounting and finance concepts;
- Relevant experience with Excel; experience structuring valuation/business-plan models is a plus;
- Relevant experience preparing executive materials in PowerPoint;
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for problem solving;
- Good communication skills to engage with internal areas and external advisors;
- Proactivity, initiative, and commitment to results;
- Desired experience participating in significant projects; previous involvement in M&A projects and/or the Telecom industry is a differential;
- Bachelor's degree completed — preferred.
