About the role
- Investment Solutions Senior Analyst supporting change programmes in the Strategy and Transformation area. Focused on investment propositions in the regulated UK pensions sector.
Responsibilities
- Support our unit linked Investment Proposition focusing on supporting change programmes involving our insured funds and solutions
- Assess the impact of changes involving prioritisation and resourcing
- Gather requirements, design processes, and assist in setting test plans and testing
- Ensure the business is ready for change through business readiness and training preparation and delivery
- Provide technical support, guidance and training to project stakeholders
Requirements
- In depth experience and knowledge of investments and investment propositions for the UK pensions industry
- Strong project management and delivery skills, with an eye for operational efficiency to meet the varied demands from both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work with minimal supervision, planning and managing own workload with proven experience of working to tight deadlines
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence and stakeholder manage across different levels of our business
- Experience of working in a highly regulated environment where you have been responsible for identifying, managing and monitoring potential risks
