About the role
- Prepare and present actual results and projections for the Minimum Capital Test (MCT)
- Prepare reports for the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, analyze and explain financial results
- Analyze and communicate results of annual financial statements
- Identify and explain quarterly and annual variances in financial results
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather information required for report production
Requirements
- CPA designation
- 5 years of experience in roles related to financial disclosure, preferably in the insurance sector
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in French and English
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
