Requirements
- 10+ years experience building/supporting highly-scalable modern applications and services.
- 2+ years experience leading at least 2+ engineering teams.
- Experience in driving, executing, and delivering high-quality technical solutions.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience delivering software using Agile (Kanban) methodologies.
- Experience leading, coaching, and motivating Agile teams.
- Experience recruiting, hiring and developing software engineers at all levels.
