Requirements
- 3-5+ Years Backend Experience: Proven work on high-traffic systems (1,000+ RPM)
- Backend & Database Skills: Solid backend chops, bonus for Ruby on Rails & PostgreSQL
- Infra or SDET Background: Infra, DevOps, or test automation experience especially with AWS/GCP is a big plus
- Product Mindset: You challenge product ideas thoughtfully and collaborate closely
