About the role
- Senior RPA Software Engineer developing automation solutions leveraging Python and AI at Lotus's. Key contributor to scaling the digital workforce through RPA and machine learning.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and efficient end-to-end automation solutions primarily using Python.
- Integrate RPA bots with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless process automation. Author complex SQL queries to manipulate and retrieve data for automation workflows.
- Serve as a key contributor in projects to enhance our RPA solutions with AI/ML capabilities, moving toward intelligent automation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with expert-level proficiency in Python
- Extensive experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and working with various database systems
- Proven track record of designing and building automated solutions to solve business problems
- Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere
- Professional experience as an AI Engineer with a portfolio of projects involving machine learning, NLP, or computer vision integrated into applications
