About the role
- Collaborate with customers, engineers, product managers, and designers to understand pain points and translate feedback into features.
- Lead the development of 0-to-1 initiatives: rapidly prototype, iterate based on customer feedback, and ensure scalable long-term solutions.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to design innovative experiences and drive smarter decision-making for end users.
- Drive technical leadership and architectural decision-making.

- Build digital workflows that replace manual inspections, audits, and reporting with automated, tech-assisted solutions to modernize front-line workforce operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years of professional full-stack software experience in a production environment.
- Strong growth mindset, including a desire to continuously teach, learn from, and grow with your team members.
- Willingness to dive deep and solve challenging technical problems.
- Experience building in a high-growth startup environment (preferred).
- Track record of success contributing to software products at scale (preferred).
- Familiarity with GraphQL, gRPC, React Native, React, Go, and TypeScript (preferred).
- Experience with native mobile application development (preferred).
- Ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location.
- Willingness to work on-site three days per week at the San Francisco office.
