About the role
- Senior Software Developer designing and developing web solutions for Maersk’s logistics and supply chain ecosystem. Collaborating across teams while ensuring performance and security of applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web solutions used in Maersk’s global logistics and supply chain ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PMs, architects, QA, DevOps) to translate business needs into robust applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend components.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security in applications deployed across Maersk’s global infrastructure.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior developers when needed.
Requirements
- 3.5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in Vue.js and React.js and core JavaScript (ES6+) along with Redux toolkit and Vuex / Pinia.
- Backend experience with Node.js (Express) or any modern backend framework.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Proficiency in databases: PostgreSQL or similar.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker).
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and DevOps practices.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
