About the role
- Senior Security Consultant defining end-to-end security architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud landscapes. Collaborating with delivery teams and coaching junior consultants to ensure security best practices.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end security architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud landscapes, covering on-premises, private and public clouds, plus SaaS workloads (e.g. Microsoft 365).
- Build unified monitoring, logging, and incident-response processes across all environments.
- Act as trusted advisor—run workshops, present roadmaps and translate business needs into pragmatic security designs.
- Partner with delivery teams, coach junior consultants, and contribute to our internal best-practice library.
Requirements
- 5+ years in security architecture or consulting, with hands-on hybrid/multi-cloud projects.
- Security architecture experience across cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem), network (SASE, SD-WAN, VPN), IAM (Zero Trust, SSO, MFA, PAM), data protection (encryption, DLP, classification), and SaaS (Microsoft 365, Defender, Purview, CASB)
- Degree in IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
- Excellent communicator, client-centric mindset, strong analytical and presentation abilities.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and German.
