Responsibilities
- Administration of LAN, WAN and WLAN networks, including troubleshooting of switches, routers and firewalls.
- Information security management, covering policies, hardening, IDS/IPS, intrusion prevention, incident analysis and response.
- Management of next-generation firewalls (NGFW), VPNs and NAC solutions.
- Cybersecurity and Incident Response: experience with Blue Team operations, SIEM, EDR, CTI, IDS/IPS, WAF, forensic analysis and risk mitigation.
- Security Infrastructure: operation and integration of solutions such as Wazuh, Splunk, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike.
- Risk and Vulnerability Management: identifying weaknesses, defining action plans and mitigating threats.
- Process automation using scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Performance monitoring with tools like Zabbix, Nagios or similar.
- Preparation of technical documentation and network diagrams.
- Administration of virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox or KVM), including creation, migration, monitoring and backup of virtual machines.
- Linux Systems Administration: hardening, auditing and automation of critical environments.
- Participate in infrastructure improvement projects, implementation of new solutions and environment migrations.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
- Proven experience with firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, SonicWall or equivalents).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, including log analysis, SIEM and incident response.
- Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).
- Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery and high availability tools.
