Responsibilities
Lead the Application and Access Management Team, supporting application owners to meet policy responsibilities across IP&I.
Evaluate, implement and operate security controls in assigned policy areas, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
Develop and deliver short, medium and long-term remediation plans aligned with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
Provide expert guidance on security control design and implementation to influence business decisions.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and Group functions, contributing to meetings and strategic discussions.
Produce insightful reports and MI to support decision-making at Business Unit and Group level.
Requirements
Proven experience in security/cyber, and risk & control assessment (ideally within UK Financial Services)
Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management processes and tools (e.g. ServiceNow, SailPoint)
Strong leadership skills with experience of managing and developing high-performing teams
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence to influence at Director and Managing Director level.
Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights through reports and recommendations.
