About the role
- SAP TM Consultant working on transportation management solutions and collaborating with international teams in Costa Rica. Supporting projects with innovative technologies and customer workshops.
Responsibilities
- Delivering TM process design solutions including customizing, documentation, and testing
- Integration with other SAP Modules (ERP, EWM, GTS, EM)
- Contribution to customer workshops
- Preparing functional specifications for customer-specific requirements
- Conducting tests for configured business scenarios & developed customer processes
- Preparing new SAP systems for go-live; support new transportation processes & resolve issues as part of the stabilization period
Requirements
- 3+ years in Transportation Management and Logistics
- Functional/technical proficiency with at least three or more full-cycle SAP TM implementations, including strong system configuration skills
- Certification in SAP TM is an asset
- Basic knowledge of the overall SAP Digital Supply Chain area suite and competitor solutions
- Excellent skills in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions for clients
- Experience in pre-sales support and creation of project proposals
- Sound experience in effective solution design. You have implemented end-to-end solutions in the Supply Chain Execution area
- Exceptional team and communication skills
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior-level consultants
- Open-minded team spirit; you can work in both, small local and large international teams
